Hard Times Come Again No More

今天の天気不穏。不気味なまでに生暖かい南風が吹き込んで、夕方から夜半過ぎに至るまで豪雨。「季節外れ」とひとことで言ふは容易且つ安易な表現だが、なにかしら本来的な天候の許容範囲を大きく外れた暖かさと降雨量に、一抹の不安を覚ゆ。
結局朝方までにバケツに20センチ以上溜まってましたね、雨水が。

さて、方々に多かれ少なかれ友有りて、今天は実に十一年ぶりの来訪を受ける。
英国在住のKOZY et Carol との再会をきっかけに、休眠してゐたいくつかの末梢神経げの経絡が復活し、さまざまな方面に影響を及ぼしつつある。人間と人間の関係は様々であり、臨機応変。中心に不易不変の芯が貫通してゐても、目には見へない伏流水が網の目のやうに腫れ巡らされてゐるとしても、表面的な繋がりは重厚軽薄濃淡深浅。語り始めれば十年の歳月も光陰矢の如し、或る時は昨天の出来事の如く、また或る話題は幾許とも知れぬ大過去の出来事の如く感じるもまた、をかし。
